Welcome to Your Happy Sleepers. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and responsibilities for using our services, including our website, nanny placements, and childcare concierge support. By accessing or engaging with our services, you agree to the following:
1. Our Services
Your Happy Sleepers provides bespoke childcare and nanny concierge services, including but not limited to:
Nanny, maternity nurse, and babysitter placements
Travel and emergency nanny coordination
Sleep support and newborn care planning
Concierge childcare for VIP and UHNW families
All services are offered subject to availability and suitability after consultation.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date family requirements
Treat caregivers with professionalism and respect
Comply with relevant employment laws and tax obligations
Notify Your Happy Sleepers of any changes to engagement terms
We reserve the right to discontinue service in cases of breach, abuse, or misrepresentation.
3. Candidate Responsibilities
All childcare professionals working with Your Happy Sleepers must:
Meet our full vetting criteria
Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct
Hold valid documentation (DBS, First Aid, references)
Communicate availability and commitments honestly
Failure to comply may result in removal from our books.
4. Fees & Payments
Service fees, placement charges, and payment terms will be outlined in individual agreements. All payments must be made in accordance with agreed schedules. Late payments may result in delayed service or additional charges.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds or replacements are offered based on our Replacement Guarantee Policy, where applicable. All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to our discretion.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client and candidate information as confidential. By using our services, you agree not to share proprietary or personal information about Your Happy Sleepers or any parties involved without consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we thoroughly vet every candidate, Your Happy Sleepers is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the actions of a placed nanny or caregiver. Final employment decisions and contracts remain the client’s responsibility.
8. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, duplicate content, or use it for illegal purposes. All website content is the property of Your Happy Sleepers and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Changes to Terms
Your Happy Sleepers reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
